Write this RA Number clearly on the box. We stand behind our products and will work with you to overcome any problems! Some returns MAY be subject to restocking fee if not in original packaging.
Incorrect, damaged, or missing items MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS of the time product is received. YOU MOUNT IT YOU BOUGHT IT. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date. No returns will be accepted without first contacting us to obtain an RA Number. No returns will be accepted once the items have been mounted on the bike or if a tire has been mounted. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Return requests will only be considered if request is made within 30 days from the date of invoice. All parts returned must be properly packaged. Customer is solely responsible for parts damaged in shipping back due to inadequate packaging. This item is a closeout part and is sold without warranty. Labor and or paint costs incurred in connection with any warranty claim are NOT covered. |
