Question. How do I checkout for my order?

Answer. We ask that you please use Marketworks to checkout. Do we require you to do so? No. However, we specialize in extraordinary customer service and what enables us to do this, with a growing average of over 400 shipments per month, is the order management system we built through Marketworks. This system automatically combines your orders and gives you multiple ways to pay for your items including M/C, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Personal Check and PayPal. In addition, it allows you to use discount and promotional codes during the checkout. Please help us to serve you best by using Marketworks checkout.

Question. How often do you ship and when can I expect my item?

Answer. We ship five days a week and sometimes on Saturdays when volumes are high. Typically, your item ships within 24 hours of payment and is guaranteed to ship within 48 hours. We send out most all packages via USPS Priority Mail so your item will arrive in 2-3 days after the package leaves Period Paper.

Question. How many items can be included for the single shipping charge of $5.85?

Answer. We will ship every item you purchase within a seven day purchase for $5.85 regardless of the total number. The key to receiving this pricing is to pay for all your purchases at once. If you think you might want to find other items and need some time, just let us know and we'll hold your shipment for you. We’re always happy to support our customers.

Question. Why should I join your mailing list?

Answer. We want to get to know our customers and we would like for them to know us better as well — it’s a major reason why we’re in this business. The mail list serves as a way for us to know that you want to hear from us. It let’s us know that you may wish to be a customer in future if not already. Because relationships are so important to us, we will make very special offers to our mail list subscribers including exclusive offers. We will let you know in advance of upcoming new releases, promotions, free items, contests, and news about our business and the marketplace in general. We will keep on file any special requests you have and notify you prior to making them available to world community.

The newest way to receive information is to choose Period Paper in your Favorite Sellers area and subscribe to one or more of our newsletters. We promise to keep you informed but also respect your time.

Question. Will Period Paper do research to find a particular collection?

Answer. Yes. Period Paper actively engages projects to support your needs. If you are flexible in time frame, there is no charge for this service. If you have an immediate and urgent need, a fee may need to be assessed in order to allocate a Period Paper employee just to assist you. This will be evaluated on an individual basis. All requested items will be listed especially for you into the eBay store for easy purchase and to provide both parties with a record of the transaction.

Question. If I already have a piece of collectible ephemera, vintage advertisement, original illustration, etc. and I would like to have it certified or registered in the NAIAA, packaged in Period Paper’s packaging, and receive an official Certificate of Authenticity from the NAIAA, is this possible?

Answer. Yes. Soon. Once you receive an item from Period Paper, you may wish to have other items that you already possess receive the same treatment as it is an excellent way to preserve, protect and enhance the value of your collectible. Coming in early Summer 2005, you wil find in our eBay store several ways to purchase options that will add value to your printed collectible. After many requests, we are working to make this easy for you in the near future.

Question. Does Period Paper purchase collections of collectible paper ephemera?

Answer. Yes. Currently, our inventory is approaching 150,000 pieces and therefore we are a little more selective than in the past. However, if you would like for us to take a look at your item, please email us when it has been listed on eBay.
