I offer FREE US shipping on many jewelry items. The Free shipping DOES NOT include tracking information as it is an additional, rarely needed expense. If you would like to add tracking information to your item that is being shipped for free, there is an 85 cent charge to add it. Just email me to add tracking before you pay. Priority shipping will include tracking in the US if noted on the individual auctions/listings. International orders are shipped First Class international or Priority International, depending on what the buyer selects. Otherwise, buyer Pays Shipping as noted on the listing. |

We will consider returns on an individual basis. If we do decide to refund instead of offering store credit, there will be a restocking fee to cover our postage expense (as we generally ship for free!) and eBay fees we have paid. Packages are sent within 24 business hours after payment is received. If paying by personal check, we will not send your items until your check clears--this may take up to 10 days. If paying by echeck, we will ship after the funds are in our account, usually this takes 3-4 days. Money order/Cashier's check payment are sent as soon as the payment is received in the mail. | |
