If you do not see a pre-made design that suits your needs, please feel free to contact me. I love creating custom orders. We'll work together one on one to create a design and finished product that is sure to delight your intended receiver(s).

I always leave feedback for all of my customers. Your feedback is very important to me! If you do not feel satisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving negative feedback and I will work with you to resolve any negative issues. My goal is to please all of my customers and to receive & give positive feedback. Thank you.

Please refer to my return policy section below, regarding my error policy. You can message me through eBay and ask questions, give suggestions and of course, new ideas are always welcome.

I will answer your mail messages through eBay, during working hours from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. [CST] Monday through Friday. Holiday and weekend mail messages will be answered the next working day unless not possible due to a holiday, family issues or other emergencies..

Payment: - PAYPAL IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD

• Payment is required: within 3 days of receiving your invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Pay securely by: Credit Card with Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or Bank Debit Card with the Visa or MC Logos.

• Payment by E-Check: An alternative method for non-credit card payments.

• E-Check Note: Orders do not begin processing until I have received notification from PayPal that the funds have cleared. Be advised that E-Checks can take up to 7 days to clear if a weekend is involved.

Money Orders or Cashiers Check:

• Money Orders or Cashiers Checks Need to be made Payable to:

• Mail your payment with 24-48 hours after receiving your invoice. Payment receipt is expected within 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes the weekend.

• An email indicating that payment via Money Order or Cashiers Check has been mailed, is greatly appreciated.

Personalization Form and Processing Time:
After your purchase is made, I will email to you a "customize my design" personalization form for you to complete with your information. Please print this form and fill in the blanks and check the appropriate boxes and email, fax or mail the form to me.

I will use the email address that you have provided on your PayPal account, to email your proof of your personalized product. Please be sure that this address is correct.

Within 2 business days or sooner, I will email you a proof of your personalized product. Processing will begin upon approval of your proof.

The designing time frame is approximately 2 business days, unless it is a holiday that is high volume time. Please be aware of this time factor.

I work very hard at shipping your products on time as promised. If your purchase is for a dated event, please allow for processing and delivery time. Allowing 2-3 weeks would be the safest.

Please remember, processing will start upon proof approval. The sooner I receive your approved proof, the sooner your order will be processed..

Return Policy:
There are no returns on personalized items. However, errors can be made as we are all human. If the error is on my part, I will quickly make new product and ship out immediately at no additional charge to you. In order to resolve this quickly, please bring it to my attention upon receipt of your order.

If the error is on your part, reprinted products will cost you an additional 50% of the original price, plus shipping costs. Please double check your spelling and dates to ensure that everything is correct when you, email / fax or mail to me, the "customize my design" personalization form.

Personalization and /or Custom Design of Products & Copyright Issues:
Once payment has been received, I will email you a form to fill out for your custom personalization. This form is very easy to fill out.

The form basically asks for the To: and From:, Names, Dates, and what additional text or messages you would like printed on the item.

If you would like a photo added to your item, you will need to email it to me the same time you return your form for personalization. Photos can be from your own or someone else’s collection.

Professional photos may be used but you will need permission from the photo- grapher or the studio where the photo was taken.

There is a place on the personalization form to check the correct box to let us know what type of photo you are using and if it is a professionally taken photo. You will simply need to take the form to the photographer who took the photo, to get their signature of approval for me to use their photo on your printed product that you are ordering from me.

Please understand that this is part of my policy to protect you and I against copyright issues and also regarding the respect of the professional who took the photo.

My company has the consent of the various artists who design the graphics used to print our products. I do not use graphics that are licensed if we do not have the liberty to do so.

“Completed Wrapped” Chocolate Bars Policy:
Some of my auctions and “Buy It Now” transactions offer Wrapped Complete Candy Bars. The 1.55 oz wrapped candy bars are first wrapped in the color (gold or silver) of your choice. This covers the new Hershey wrapper that no longer has the foil under their wrapper. These foil wraps are included with your purchase of the completed wrapped candy bars.

Shipping of Wrapped Complete Chocolate Bars Policy:
Due to temperature changes during warmer months, wrapped complete bars will not be offered and shipped. This time period will begin April 1 through October 15th each year.

However: If you desire complete wrapped chocolate bars during this time frame, I can ship them with a cooling method added to the shipment for an additional charge. Please contact me with this special request, or any additional questions or concerns.

Domestic Buyers:
Merchandise is shipped according to the shipping selection in which you choose at the time of purchase whether it be that you won an auction or you purchased from the “Buy It Now” option from within my store.

Estimated time of delivery may vary depending upon the shipping selection that you make. Please allow ample time for customization and note your requested delivery date on the order form and in the notes section when you place your order.

Once payment and personalization requests are received, and your proof has been approved, your order will be completed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping insurance is at your discretion. If you decline coverage, I will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments when sent to the address provided.

Please check your selected carrier’s insurance policies before deciding if you want extra insurance, as some carriers have a coverage up to a certain dollar amount.

International Buyers:

 Payment is to be made in U.S. Dollars and Through PayPal Only.

Shipping calculators are provided for your use to determine the cost of shipping your selected item.

Please understand that I can only ship wrappers to International Buyers. Chocolate Bars need to be purchased locally and my custom designed wrappers will be sent with glue stick and instructions.

All other items (except chocolate) offered in my store will be available and subject to shipment to International Customs.

Optional shipping insurance is available for Airmail Parcel Post ONLY. Global Airmail Letter Post Class and Global Priority Mail Class are Non-Insurable per United States Postal Services Policies. All Non-US Buyers are responsible for Payment of all duties and fees imposed by their Government.
