A: For shipments to Florida addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6.5% Sales Tax.

Q: Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping charges?

A: Yes. We combine shipping on multiple orders so that you only have to pay one shipping charge regardless of the number of items or orders placed. This offer only applies to auctions won and items purchased with the same user id and paid for at the same time. The shipping charges are based on the total weight of all the items in your order.

A: Our shipping policy is easy and fair.

Shipping Methods on eBay:
We use UPS exclusively for domestic orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

Same day shipping is provided on most orders received by 4 PM EST Monday - Friday. Pet Nutrition Products is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages. Shipping is combined on multiple product purchases and signature upon delivery may be required for some higher value shipments.

  • Expedited (UPS only): 2 to 6 business days after shipping
  • Two-Day (UPS only): 2 business days after shipping
  • One-Day (UPS only): 1 business day after shipping
  • International Priority (USPS only): 6 to 10 business days after shipping (Not including any customs delays)

Q: How long will it take for delivery?

A: We offer several shipping methods for you to choose from depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order. Orders received by 4 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 4 PM Eastern Time, Saturday, Sunday or on United States Federal Holidays are processed the next business day.

  • UPS Ground = 1 to 5 Business Days
  • UPS Second Day Air = 2 Business Days
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver = Next Business Day
  • USPS Priority International = Varies by country

A: Most orders placed before 4 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

A: Yes, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and mark your item as shipped in eBay. The shipment confirmation email will include your package tracking number and will be sent to you the day your order is processed and shipped.

Q: Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?

A: No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

A: No, we do not ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. All International orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority International Mail. We charge only the published rate for International shipments with no mark ups or handling charges. A telephone number is required by the U.S. Postal Service on all International orders.

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order which includes all the items in the order along with the packaging material and box.

NOTE: Free shipping offers DO NOT apply to International orders due to the high shipping costs.

Q: How can I track my shipment?

A: Once we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation of your shipment. This email includes a tracking number and a link to the carriers website where you can track your package. Please note, we assign tracking numbers and process shipments prior to our carriers actually picking up your package and tracking links may take a few hours to be activated within the carriers system.

A: Your complete satisfaction is important to us so our return policy is simple. If you would like to return a shipment, please contact us within 30 days via email or telephone so we may assist you. According to federal laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Upon approval, your original form of payment will be credited within 1 business day of merchandise receipt and you will receive an email confirmation.

If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Pet Nutrition Products, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to Pet Nutrition Products, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package. You must contact us prior to returning the package.

If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Pet Nutrition Products.

For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS or FedEx (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Pet Nutrition Products is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Q: What if I bid on the wrong item?

A: If there are more than 12 hours left to the auction, eBay will allow you to retract your bid. However, all of your previous bids for that specific auction will also be eliminated. So be sure to bid again if you are correcting a bidding error.

If there are less than 12 hours left to the auction, eBay will allow you to retract your bid within one hour of having placed it.
