Pet Stuff Warehouse™ wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. We employ trained, skilled and knowledgeable pet specialists to assist you in making wise and appropriate choices for your needs and the needs of your pets. However, our customer service representatives can not be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase . Pet Stuff Warehouse is a reseller and is not responsible for defective items. In the rare event a customer receives a defective item they are to contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Manufacturer contact information will be included in the package. If it is not, request it by email: email@example.com, or by calling us at 888 943-4364 Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Central Time.
Return Merchandise Authorizations need to be requested within 30 days of invoice date. Initial and return shipping charges, even those shipped under Pet Stuff Warehouse's free shipping offers, are not refundable. Return Policy Exceptions are listed below this box.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns shipped back without receiving prior RMA will incur a 20% restocking fee once a Return Merchandise Authorization is completed. In this case, any refunds will take longer than our standard 30 days.
Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected before refunds are approved.
Partial returns and/or damaged merchandise returns will not receive a full refund credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT at the discretion of Pet Stuff Warehouse.
If the items returned are not free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original purchase price, or no refund at all.
All returns are processed online using the following procedure:
Product returns must be received within 2 weeks (14 Days) after the RMA is issued.
Applicable restocking fees may apply (see policies below).

If any of this information is missing from your email, a Return Merchandise Authorization can not be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If these instructions are followed properly, you should receive your Return Merchandise Authorization within 3-5 business days.
Please allow 30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
Important Note - The initial cost of shipping from Pet Stuff Warehouse will be deducted for all returns, even when purchased with Free Shipping. .
Return Policy Exceptions
- Dog Fence Batteries can only be returned if they are received in DOA (Dead On Arrival) condition. Any DOA batteries returned following our return policy rules will be exchanged for equivalent items or refunded at the discretion of PetStuffWarehouse.com.
- Due to manufacturer policies, the following products are to be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and handling: Agility Equipment, Dog Kennels, Outdoor Kennels, Pet Playpens, Small Animal Cages, Dog Crates, Pet Gates, Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Stairs, Pet Crates, Pet Carriers, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Pet Patio Doors and Garden and Wall Sculptures.
- Products that have been personalized in any way, including clothes, name tags, etc., cannot be returned and do not qualify for a refund.
- All Ergo returns or defectives will be handled directly through Ergo Systems at the requirement of the manufacturer. Contact can be made directly with Ergo or through our returns department. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service department at email@example.com.
- Orders must be cancelled before the product has shipped and within 24 hours of order placement, or they will be deemed a product return and fall under the rules of the above Return Policy.
- Custom product orders are non-cancelable after one business day and are non-refundable. Orders are not deemed cancelled until a confirmation notice is provide by Pet Stuff Warehouse.
- If an order is refused delivery by the purchaser, it will be assessed a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping charges.
