Good communication from seller . I ordered on March 27 arrived April 1st- fast shipping. I was so excited about getting this new cage since it has various tiers easy to clean for my Robin bird who was with me for 7 years.She was healthy but unexpectedly died on Easter Sunday March 31st . So devastating my heart broken going through the grief The box is very heavy but I haven’t open it .I am sure it is a sturdy beautiful cage. I do appreciate the seller I highly recommend it.

WOW quality bird cage at a reasonable price especially when you consider the cost to ship a heavy item like this. It arrived really fast and was exactly as described and was better than we hoped! Glad we didn't purchase some lesser quality quality item somewhere else that we'd have to replace sooner rather than later. A big purchase for us that worked out really well for this purchaser and we found a seller we'd go to again, if needed. 5Star the whole way!

In the land of Ebay where you research and research and then still are unsure of your decision/purchase, I'm telling you this is definitely not one of them! Three Chinchy's and when the package arrived, and I started to put it together, was overjoyed at the craftsmanship and quality of this cage. No more large gaps where babies can squeeze through. No more little pan flexing and spilling. I'd give this seller more starts if I could. Great communicational during the whole shipping process.

Sent item that were both dirty and damaged. Then I had to wait another week to get replacement parts which meant a homeless animal. Now it turns out the sizes of the item are not as described in their ad. Their resolve...to now take more time out of my day to pack and return all of this...after spending a few hundred dollars and being a return customer. Very disheartening....

We never purposely sent the customer a damaged or dirty item as the issues occurred during the shipping process. We still acknowledged the issue and offered replacement parts, which the customer accepted. The customer received the replacement parts but were not satisfied. The length and width was 2" shorter than stated for just the cage portion as it originally included the stand within the measurements. We apologize to the customer and offered a prepaid return label to return back for a refund
