| A:If you are not happy with your purchase or it was not what you expected please contact us. We will refund your puchase when we recieve the item. All FedEx shipped items are automatically insured. If something arrives damaged pictures will be needed to file the claim. |

| A:Yes, we will combine shipping to quote the most accurate cost of what it will actually be. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:You will recieve an automatic email notification with a tracking # when your item ships. |
| Q:Do you ship Overnight, 2 Day, and or Express |

| A:We will give you a quote on shipping based on the date you need the item. We will send you the total and give a deadline of when you need to PayPal the additional cost. If you have paid for standard shipping and do not PayPal the additional cost by the deadline, we will ship that do so there is no further delay. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we love shipping internationally. We will quote you a very accurate USPS price since international shipping can be costly. |
| Q:Will you send my item as a gift? |

| A:Yes. Include the name and address of the person you would like the item to be shipped to either on the invoice or in a message after purchasing. We ship fast so please be prompt.
We will not include paypment paperwork. Additionally, we will include a simple birthday, holiday, or other card from you. |
| Q:Will you gift wrap an item? |

| A:Gift wrapping prices start at $5.00. Not all items can be gift wrapped but please let us know if you would like your gift to be wrapped. |
