Your satisfaction is our #1 concern. We have a 30 day return policy. If there is a problem with your order when you receive it (manufacturers defect, etc) we will correct the problem and make sure you get your product. If for any other reason you wish to return the product within 30 days, email us and we will give you an authorization with the return to address. After you ship it back to us and it is inspected (no damage, missing pieces, cut-offs, etc) we will refund your total purchase price including shipping. All shipping is done by USPS or UPS depending on package size. For large pipe orders freight delivery can be arranged. Orders ship out within two business days.
