Though the game I bought was listed as used, the case arrived much more damaged than the photos in the listing (looked like it had been stepped on or bent in half, with cracking / holes). When I reached out, they immediately issued a full refund (even though I said that since the game works, just partial is ok) and would take steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Unfortunate issue but they handled it very well and fairly! Would buy from again.
