All brand new, in-stock hardware purchased from Phantom48 is protected by our 30-day return policy. If you receive an item that does not function properly, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange for direct replacement. Your item must be returned to Phantom48 complete with all original packaging and box contents. Upon contacting email@example.com, you will receive instructions for obtaining a return shipping refund, if applicable. Please note that B-Stock, Demo, Close-Out or Special-Order items may only qualify for a return for repair or, in some instances, return for an exchange.
Software products purchased from Phantom48 may not be returned or exchanged. If you have difficulty with software purchased from Phantom48, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We will advise you to the best of our abilities or facilitate communication between you and the software maker, when possible.
All hardware purchased from Phantom48 is covered by our 30-day exchange period. If you wish to return your hardware item in exchange for a different item, please contact email@example.com for instructions. Your original item must be in brand new condition and must be returned complete with all original packaging and box contents. Items returned incomplete or with clear signs of wear will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.
If you would like to return any hardware item for store credit or make a deposit toward an item, Phantom48 will send you a receipt record of your US Dollar credit balance. Phantom48 reserves the right to refund your store credit at any time.
Phantom48 reserves the right to collect a 15% Restocking Fee on returns for a refund and refunds of store credit balances resulting from exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original purchase.
