Overall? Allowable. *However, this transaction should've been handled with at least a tiny hint of sincerity. Long & short: Fragile and rarish item was poorly packaged and delivered destroyed. Bummer. As a former seller myself, it happens. Seller refunded. Fine. And. Thank you.
