All
payments are processed electronically through PayPal. Pay
directly from your PayPal balance, from your bank account, or charge
your purchase to a major credit or debit card.
NOTE: Payment
is expected within three days of auction close.
In the rare
instance
when an item is not paid for and/or contact cannot be made with the
winning bidder, we reserve the right to file an unpaid item report with
eBay as soon as four days after the auction closes or purchase is made,
and to take other
appropriate actions including but not limited to permanently
blocking the user's bidding privileges on
Gladstone Fine Arts and other sites we control and hiring the services
of a third party collection agency.

International
customers: you pay only the actual shipping cost as charged by the
carrier with no additional packaging and
handling fees of any kind.
Artwork is shipped
the same or next business day (Monday-Friday) that
payment is received, and is expected to arrive at your US destination
within three business days after shipment (international transit times
vary, ask us for an estimate). You will receive an email
confirmation when your package is shipped with a tracking number.

made promptly via PayPal only.

will only
ship
artwork by USPS Priority Mail International or better
alternative (no
"economy" services).
(3)
Import duties,
taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are
normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when
you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional
shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark
items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit
such behavior.
We are
always
happy to combine items for a shipping discount!
In order to
qualify for our multiple item purchases shipping discount, please pay
each invoice as it is received and include instructions to "HOLD" the
item until future purchases are made, at which time we will adjust the
second and subsequent invoices to reflect the savings.
NOTE: We
reserve the
right to temporarily block bidders with more than $300.00 (three
hundred dollars) in outstanding invoices until the balance is paid in
full.
Artwork may be
returned for store
credit
only provided that we are notified that the item is being returned
within
seven days of receipt.
Credit
toward
future purchases will be issued for the original purchase
price less shipping charges, and return shipping will be at the
purchaser's expense. Items should be returned in the same
or similar
packaging, and store credit will be issued subject to Gladstone Fine
Arts' receipt of the artwork in its original condition. A refund
request will be granted only
in the case that we are shown to have
substantially misrepresented the item. Other refund
requests due to special
circumstances will be considered but granted at our sole discretion.
