Warranty
All "renewed" products
sold on eBay from the Philips Authorized store, Philips
Certified Auctions, are covered by a 90 Day MANUFACTURER'S
Warranty. New products are covered by a One Year Warranty.
These warranties are DIRECT from Philips Consumer
Electronics, the original manufacturer of this product. In
order to resolve an issue with a non-working item (DOA),
missing or defective parts, or to receive service, you must
first register your product. Registering your product
validates your warranty within the Philips Warranty System.
Since there are many unauthorized sellers of Philips
products on eBay, any request for service will be denied if
the product has not been registered.
How to Register
Your Philips Certified Auctions Product
You must have the model
number, serial number, and proof of purchase from Philips
Certified Auctions to register your product. Philips
Customer Care representatives will not register products
purchased from eBay from any unauthorized seller. Philips
call 1-888-744-5477 or Magnavox call 1-800-705-2000.
How to Get Help
with Installation, Service or Parts on Your Product
If you should need help with
installation, parts replacement, or service, (including DOA
products) simply call the Philips or Magnavox toll free
number after completing the registration process. The
Customer Care representative will ask for your model number
and serial number to locate your registration in their
system. Please have those available when calling. You will
be assigned a case number for future reference.
