Not sure where eBay posted a shipping cost other than what they charged when the transaction was completed. The only reason for a difference from the shipping estimate on the listing page is if the incorrect zip code is entered for calculating the price. Postage prices and options for shipping methods are stated on the page prior to clicking to complete a purchase.
