Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not completed satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price provided you contact us within 10 days of receipt of your item.

Q: How do I return my phone to you?
A: If you need to return your phone for any reason you may send it back to us using the United States Postal Service (standard mail). Once we receive your phone we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase price as well as the initial shipping charges.

Q: Can I exchange my phone?
A: Unfortunately, we do not handle exchanges because we cannot guarantee that we will have a satisfactory replacement phone. Refunds only.

Q: Is this phone unlocked?
A: Any phones that have been unlocked will say ‘Unlocked’ in the item title. Please read the auction carefully to see if the phone that you are interested has been unlocked.

Q: I don’t want to buy the item I bid on. What should I do?
A: eBay allows bidders to “retract” their bid. If you would like to retract your bid, please contact us through the eBay messaging system so that we can process the cancellation through eBay.

A: No, we only accept PayPal payments.

A: Unfortunately we are not set up as a retail store and therefore we are unable to accommodate customers in person.

A: No, all items purchased must each be paid for in full.

Q: Can you send me a picture of the actual phone?
A: Due to the sheer number of used phones that PhoneChoice posts it is impossible to photograph each individual phone. However, if, for any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the phone within 10 days from receipt of phone and we will gladly refund both your purchase price and initial shipping charges.

A: Due to our high volume of phone sales we are unable to accurately tell you what the life-timer will read on the phone you receive.

Q: Will my SIM card work in this phone?
A: Your SIM card will work with any unlocked phone that we sell (except for Nextel and Boost Mobile phones). If your current phone uses a SIM card and you are not a subscriber of Nextel or Boost Mobile, then your SIM card will work with any of our UNLOCKED phones. If you are purchasing a phone that does not say ‘unlocked’ in the title, please read the description carefully to see if your card will be compatible.

A: The service provider of the phone is listed in the auction. Please contact the service provider (listed in the auction) to determine whether or not the phone can be activated as pre-paid prior to bidding.

A: Unfortunately, our auctions do not include manuals or the original retail boxes.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: PhoneChoice only ships within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to the time and expense associated with U.S. customs regulations and the international limitations, we are unable to ship internationally. Therefore, PhoneChoice does not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. All payments received from Puerto Rico or elsewhere outside the United States will be refunded promptly. We will also refund 100% of the associated shipping charges.
