Since our phones are donated thru charitable organizations we find that some people who donate phones fail to deactivate the phones or pay their finial bill. In this instance the service providers are not allowed to share this information with us because it is considered privileged information. Since we're unable to verify this information legally we ask you to check the phone with your provider prior to paying for it.
