Domestic shipping in US
1. We make every effort to process your
order quickly. Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is
received (excluding national holidays).
2. We will always carefully inspect all
the items before they are shipped out of the warehouse
3. Delivery confirmation numbers will
be emailed to you once your order ships.
4. No local pick-ups will be allowed.
5. Insurance (Optional) $2.5 for up-to
$50.00 purchased; $4.5 for up-to $100.00 purchased.

service transit time. This information is provided by the USPS and excludes
weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during
peak periods.
International shipping
1. We are glad to ship worldwide!
2. We make every effort to process your
order quickly. Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is
received (excluding US national holidays).
3. Please note that while estimated
delivery time is 6-10 business days for Priority mail, and 15 ~ 20 business days for international first class air mail. Please note, delays may be incurred that are associated
with customs clearance at the destination country.

that it is the customer's sole responsibility to cover any International taxes
or custom duties. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the
delivery carrier.
5. As seller, we will only report the
actual value.

service transit time. This information is provided by the USPS and excludes
weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during

7. We will use the most economical
shipping methods (US first class air mail) for international shipping (Up to 4 lbs).
The tracking number is available only within United States. The last update for first class mail is usually Jamaica, NY in our case. No further tracking will be displayed. The tracking number becomes your local custom declaration number once the package leaves US postal facility. So if you need the full tracking ability, please select US Priority Mail or Express Mail option. You may also contact us for further assistance.

8. We also offer US Priority mail which
comes with a tracking number for an additional fee.
9. All orders 4 lb
& up will be shipped via US Priority mail.
10. International priority mail can be tracked in
USPS site. Once the package is released by your local custom, it will be no
longer tracked by USPS, but may be tracked via your local mail service (UK's
Royal mail, for example).
Combined Shipping
1. The full shipping price for the
highest shipping cost will be charged in your order first.
2. To receive combined shipping
discounts on multiple items, please wait until all items are combined into one
single invoice before completing the checkout.
3. If you have question, feel free to contact
seller. We will do our best to adjust the S&H for you.
Return Policy
1. We gladly accept exchanges and
returns. The buyer must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving the
order
2. We will always carefully inspect all
the items before they are shipped out of the warehouse. But we do understand
that deficiency or damage may happen.

3. Any change of mind returns or
wrong size exchanges is accepted but the buyer is responsible for return
postage costs and the original postage costs.
