Terms & Condition
Auction Policy
- Buyer will pay the shipping and handling cost of the items.
- Due to the nature of this product all sales are final.
- Please include your email address and item number with all payments.
- Payment is due no later than 5 days from end of Auction or from the date of purchase.
- Seller is not responsible for lost or broken items in mail unless insurance is purchased.
- Please do not bid or purchase unless you really intend to buy to avoid any further filing report on you.
Shipping & Handling Policy
- Allow 7-15 banking days for the shipment to arrive for registered mail and 5-7 bankings days when sent via express shipping . For Canada, please remind us to inform you the reference number or email us to track your parcel. Because most of our shipments to Canada takes too long to arrive because it got stuck in canadian customs. Do this after 2 weeks from the date of shipment because parcels can only be traced after 2 weeks. Once we have traced your item we will email you which site to contact about your parcel.
- Combined shipping is no longer available with displays or items with displays (ex. nose studs in trays, nose studs in boxes, jewelry in stands). If you purchase a display(s) with our other products, we will combined them with your other purchases but they will not have combined shipping rate. Ex. if you buy 2 sets of displays and 2 sets of belly ring, the belly rings will have combined shipping of $2.00/set while the displays will have $4.98/set postage cost.
- Please provide in your payment your actual address not the PO Box address because we are no longer accepting P.O. box addresses due to post office requirements. If we are going to send your items in a PO box address, it will be send via ordinary mail and no tracking number will be provided. In this case we will not be hold liable if your item get lost in the mail.

- Positive feedback will be left for successful transaction and upon receiving feedback(s) from you.
- Please leave fair feedback. If you are unhappy with a product for whatever reason, please contact us first at sheryl@kamarsilver.com before leaving negative feedback. We will try and resolve any problem you may have regarding our items.
- Allow for the duration of shipment to finish before leaving neg. feedback. If after the time duration and you still have not received your order please contact us first. It wouldn't fair if you leave negative feedback if we don't know what is the problem.
