Selecting the correct size insert for your sham |
| 1. If you have a pottery barn sham you should buy the same size insert as your sham. For example a 26x26 sham needs a 26x26 pillow from insert.
2. All Bolster shams require the same size bolster inserts as the sham. For example a 10"x27" sham takes a 10"x27" bolster.
3. ***All other brands of shams including home made shams*** require an insert that is 2" larger than your sham. For example a 26"x26" Euro sham requires a 28"x28" pillow form insert to fill the corners of the sham correctly. This fact is true for all brands of inserts not just Pillowflex brand. Especially large shams 32+ may require a 4" inch increase to fit the sham. Remember too much is always better than not enough when buying pillow form inserts. | |
