Returns
Should you be unhappy with purchase we accept returns on most items for up to 30 days from auctions end, please see each auction full details.  We only accept new unused items.  Upon return you will receive a full refund of the auctions final selling price.  Sorry but we are unable to refund shipping cost.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:Most items ship with 2 business days you will receive tracking info from either usps or Fedex via your email on file with paypal. Please be sure your email filters allow emails from both of these sites www.usps.com and www.fedex.com Please add USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com to your email address book. The shipment will be from Pillowflex

 
Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:Yes all items on our page can be shipped internationally. Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping times. We only use the USPS for international shipments, no acceptations DON'T ASK.

A:WE DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS REQUESTING TRACKING INFO Tracking info for EVERY order paid for via paypal is sent to the same address used for your paypal account. Besure your email filters allow you to receive emails from www.usps.com and www.fedex.com. If you paid by check tracking info is sent only if you provided your email address.
