I will combine shipping for most auctions, some large lots or items that are pre-boxed can not be combined.  I only accept paypal payments. All USA shipping includes delivery confirmation.  For combined shipping I deduct 2.00 from the shipping of each item after the first for up to 7 days as long as all the items are paid for in one payment and received within 7 days of the first item ending.
