I have a concern with something I bought, how do I contact support?
Use the "ASK SELLER A QUESTION" form on the listing you won, you should still have the link to the listing in your e-mail or you can find it under your "My Ebay" console.
What information should I include?
The more information you include in communications with us the better we may assist you. Please include your eBay auction number in any message to us. We prefer that all communications occur in the eBay message system. If phone calls/emails are required we will coordinate that after the initial communications.

We receive returns from the top national retail chains daily, so stop by our eBay store frequently. You never know what you will find, but it is almost certain to be priced lower than anywhere else!
PaymentHow do I pay for an item?
The winning bidder receives an email with automatic links to eBay's checkout process. The email is always sent to the email address that is currently on file with eBay. (If a day has passed since the auction that you won has closed, and you have not yet received our winning bid notice, it may have been sent to an old outdated email address) Payment is made through PayPal, PayPal is the only payment system we use.
Can I pay with a Money Order or Personal Checks?
No, I am sorry eBay forbids use of Checks and Money Orders.
If I win multiple items, can I pay for them all at once?
Our system sends separate winning bidder emails to you for each auction that you have won. Each email will contain a link to eBay's checkout system. At the moment our system treats each auction as a separate transaction, so you will need to pay for each auction individually.
When is payment due?
For bidding auction listings payment is due with in three (3) business days (72 hours) of winning an auction. For fixed price listings payment is required immediately. The item will remain listed until you pay for it even if it is in your cart..
If payment is not received in a timely fashion we will work within the eBay frame work and it will be marked as a dispute, eBay's "Unpaid Item Policy" and eBay's "User Agreement" make clear that buyers must pay for items they commit to purchase, by bidding on an item you are entering into an agreement which states upon winning an action you will complete the transaction.
Once the set payment window lapses and multiple unpaid item notifications are sent, our system will automatically engage the dispute process. If a resolution is not agreed upon eBay will place an UNPAID item strike against your account
New Jersey residents, we are required by law to collect 7% Sales Tax.
ShippingHow much is shipping for your auction?
All shipping, freight and handling fees are posted on our listings. You can find the shipping charges to the right of the item picture, at the top of the page. In some cases it will be a flat fee, in other cases eBay will require you to log in as it uses your ZIP code from your profile to calculate shipping fees.
All calculated shipping costs are calculated based on your ship to zip code using Ebay's shipping calculator. All orders are shipped from NJ zip code 07042.
Do you ship merchandise to Canada, Mexico, Alaska or Hawaii?
Sorry, we only ship products to street addresses in the 48 mainland United States, we ship UPS ground only to the lower 48 States.
Do you ship to PO BOXES, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Protectorates and Territories?

At this time we only offer ground service, which specifies 3-7 business day delivery time.If I order more than 1 item, can shipping be combined and will there be a discount?

Where can I find a tracking number for my package(s)?
Our system will automatically send out a UPS tracking number.
Is local Pickup available?
Yes, local pickup is available by appointment only. In most cases the pickup location will be in Belleville, NJ.
Is there a local pickup service charge?
Yes, a small $5 handling fee is charged for each item pickup is applied to each item that is picked up.
OtherWhat if I won the auction but changed my mind, or I made a mistake/oversight?
Please let us know if you have made an error in purchasing your item.
Can you edit the final price of the auction?
No, once an auction has been completed it is our policy as well as a an eBay rule that we will not be able to edit the final totals on a sale.
The the product color looks a little bit different then it does in the listing, why?
Due to differences in display technologies, settings and lighting, the color of an item may appear slightly
different in person.
Buying to give as a gift? Will your products make a good gift?
Please remember that PlanetOverstock is a liquidator of returned and overstocked items, so a
products commercial packaging (the box) may be distressed. This has no effect on the condition
of the product, if the tag says "NEW" then it is new, although it can still have a distressed box.
Most of our customers do not find this a problem as most people throw away the commercial
packaging (the box).
Do you provide warranties?
We do not provide "warranties", although you will receive the product you bid as described
in the listing.
Can I purchase a warranty from you?
Certain items are eligible for "Square Trade" warranties, please look for the logo in our listing
