Please read the entire contents of this page, failure to do so will result in increased processing time and/or unavailability of your product. You will not be able to locate our facility with out these directions, simply taking our address and inputing it into your GPS unit or driving on a "whim" is insufficient. Ignoring directions and not reading thoroughly is a common mistake.
All customers should print this page by going to the "FILE" menu and then selecting PRINT, or press and hold the "CTRL" key at the same time as you press the "P" key. Both options will open the print dialog box.

1. Process Introduction |
- LOCAL PICKUP IS ENCOURAGED!! ANY OF OUR ITEMS CAN BE LOCALLY PICKED UP FROM OUR NEW JERSEY WAREHOUSE!
- A five dollar ($5) PER ITEM pickup fee is applied to all pickup items.
- This fee is for processing, and still provides great value and savings.
- We ask that products be picked up within one business week of winning an auction.
- If you are unable to pick up your product with in this window please contact us.
- We prefer cash for local pickups, Paypal is also an option.
- We cannot process debit or credit cards at this time, although we are working to implement this capability.
- All items must be won/bought online before arriving.
- Please inform our loading dock attendants you are there for a Local Pickup.
- No appointment is necessary, although we appreciate an email a day before so we may prep your order, this is especially important for customers traveling a long distance. Please note in your message if you are coming from out of state, or driving a long distance.
- Due to insurance and company security regulations, no one is allowed through the warehouse
- We only handle support requests through the "Ask the seller a question" form. So please direct all your questions regarding driving directions through that channel.
- PLEASE understand when picking an item up there is a wait time while we gather your order. The wait time depends on how many items are in your order and the size of the specific product(s). There may also be a line at our facility, as our services are popular.
- Our friendly staff will place all your orders in your vehicle for you.

2. What do I need to bring? |
- All customers are REQUIRED to bring paper work.
- Paperwork refers to a print out of your order information and/or the eBay listing page, email confirmation, as well as your Paypal receipt if applicable. The more paper work you bring, the faster we can process your order. The most important information on the aforementioned items will be the eBay item number.
- If applicable, exact change if you choose to pay by cash(preffered)
- Exact change for the five ($5) dollar per item pickup fee.
- Photo ID if your picking up your item for another person.

3. What should I do before I leave for your facility?
|
- Please ensure your vehicle has adequate space to store the items you have ordered.
- Prep your vehicle for your products by making room, if applicable.
- Make adjustments to seats, if applicable
- Bring rope, if your item is large in size and needs to be secured to or in your vehicle.
- Clear objects from trunk or other applicable spaces.
- Have exact change for the five ($5) dollar per item pickup fee.
- If you paid by Paypal, please ensure your payment has cleared, it normally takes 2 hours on average for Paypal to clear a payment. You can minimize the time it takes for Paypal to process your payment by ensuring your Paypal account is verified.

4. Operating hours |
Pickup is available at our warehouse office at the times listed below
- Monday through Friday 9:30AM to 4:00PM
- We are NOT open weekends, evenings or before/after the stated hours.
- We are NOT open on major US Holidays.
- A day or two before/after a major holiday we may be working an abbreviated schedule or CLOSED, on those special days please contact us first through "Ask the seller a question" form, before coming to our facility.

5. Driving Directions |
Our address: 315 Division St Boonton, NJ 07005 (The loading dock, is the only open accessible entrance, all customers MUST use the loading dock entrance which is in the rear of our building off of Division St, see pictures near the bottom of this page.)

The only input needed is your street addres. We suggest you print the Google Map sheet once it has calculated your route.

- While driving on Divison Street, look for a sign on a fence as well as above our loading docks which read "The NEW home of PlanetOverstock"
- We are "behind" the Boonton Walmart..
- Our warehouse and office complex features a light green exterior paint.
- We share a parking lot with another company.
