Bad or damaged parts-
These parts do not have to be returned.We will need you to send us a picture of the damaged part to make sure it is the one we sent out.We will replace the part if one is available or we will refund your payment in full.Contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right with you.
Parts ordered incorrectly-
If a part is ordered incorrectly you will have to pay the shipping to return the part and the original shipping.Parts that are ordered incorrectly have to be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to recieve a refund for the item only.There will be no refund issued after 14 days.If we have the correct part for you we will replace the part if it is the same price plus shipping.If the part costs more you will have to pay the difference plus the shipping costs.The replacement part will not be shipped until we recieve the original ordered item.
