CONDITIONS DE VENTE

Article 1 : Application de vente

Toutes les commandes s'effectuent exclusivement entre Playimport et l'auteur de la commande, dans le cadre d'une relation commerciale. Les Conditions Générales appliquées ci-dessous protègent le fournisseur ainsi que le Client contre toute réclamation ou plainte. Toute demande qui ne serait pas en application avec les Conditions Générales de Vente ne pourra être acceptée sans accord écrit de notre part. Playimport se réserve le droit de procéder à tout moment à un changement des Conditions Générales sous réserve de faire apparaître ces changements sur son site.

Article 2 : Procédure de commande

Playimport s'engage à accepter une commande dans le cadre des Conditions Générales exprimées ici. Toute commande pourra être traitée dans les limites de disponibilité des produits en stock ou chez les fournisseurs. Les commandes par le biais d'Internet sont réservées aux particuliers et personnes physiques dans le cadre des besoins normaux d'un ménage. Dans le cas où, malgré notre vigilance, un article venait à devenir temporairement indisponible, le client sera alors prévenu de la rupture du produit par un message inscrit sur sa facture. L'envoi de l'article étant compromis, vous aurez alors le choix entre un remplacement pour montant égal ou inférieur, un bon d'achat (avoir) ou un remboursement. Un mois après l'avertissement de rupture, si vous n'avez pas répondu quant au choix proposé, un avoir vous sera attribué d'office, celui-ci étant remboursable sur simple demande. Le remboursement s'effectue par virement sur votre compte sous 5 jours, les demandes excédant 4 mois sont exécutées par chèque quelque soit le pays. **Attention les avoirs sont indivisibles, l'utilisation un avoir supérieur au montant total de la commande entraîne la perte du solde**.

Article 3 : Livraison

Sauf indication contraire, la livraison est effectuée à l'adresse que vous avez précisée sur le bon de commande. Les adresses de type postales (boîtes postales, armées...) ne seront pas prises en compte, et la commande sera de fait non validée. Les délais de livraison mentionnés sur le site sont indicatifs et basés sur les délais officiels annoncés par la Poste, il se peut pour des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté qu'ils soient parfois plus longs (grève, intempéries...). De plus, ces délais peuvent être occasionnellement allongés en cas de dysfonctionnement des livraisons de nos fournisseurs ou bien de rupture momentanée de produit (réimpression, livraison endommagée, retard de sortie, erreur de livraison …) Nous vous prions de nous excuser par avance pour la gêne occasionnée si cela devait exceptionnellement arriver et nous vous invitons à nous contacter par Courriel en cas de dépassement de délai afin de voir ensemble le problème rencontré sur votre commande. Le débit des cartes bleues s'effectue 5 jours minimum après la validation de la commande, que celle-ci soit envoyée ou non. Cependant, toute commande en traitement ou en attente de traitement a possibilité d'être annulée, sans délai ni frais, sur simple demande par E-mail sous 2h.

Article 4 : Prix pratiqués

La société se réserve le droit de pratiquer sans préavis un changement de prix sur n'importe lequel des produits mis en vente. En cas de changement de prix sur une commande en cours de traitement, le prix appliqué au client sera celui qui était affiché au moment de l'achat. Cependant, dans les cas plus importants comme les erreurs de saisie, ou tout changement décidé par l'éditeur lors des pré commandes, et sachant que nous ne pouvons légalement pas vendre à perte, nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler une vente. Dans les cas de baisse de prix, un avoir du montant de la différence sera réalisé au moment de la facturation.

Article 5 : Taxes

Votre colis peut être soumis à la TVA et à des droits de douane à son arrivée dans votre pays. Nous ne pouvons prédire à l'avance si un colis sera taxé ou non et n'avons aucune influence sur la politique douanière des états. Les frais de douane sont à votre charge uniquement. En règle générale cependant les colis de petite taille ou de faible valeur ne sont pas taxés. Tous les articles vendus sur notre site sont légaux dans leurs pays de commercialisation. Il vous appartient cependant de vérifier si les articles que vous commandez sont autorisés dans votre pays. Nous ne sommes en aucun cas responsable si un article est confisqué par la douane de votre pays.

Article 6 : Service Après-vente

Tous les articles vendus bénéficient de la garantie établie par les éditeurs. Cependant, en cas d'article défectueux, nous nous engageons à procéder gratuitement à son échange ou son remboursement après accord par E-mail ou téléphone dans les cas suivants :

• - Article défectueux ou vice caché
• - Erreur de colisage
• - Les frais d'envoi occasionnés par le client seront intégralement remboursés au tarif postal en vigueur. Un avoir sera réalisé sur la base d'un envoi simple.

Article 7  : Responsabilité

Les produits proposés sont conformes à la législation française en vigueur. En tant que société de distribution, nous ne saurions être tenus responsables des différents pouvant naître entre un éditeur et un producteur. Nous ne saurions non plus être tenus responsables en cas de retard de livraison, rupture due à l'éditeur. Les illustrations présentes sur le site sont non contractuelle concernant l'emballage, nous ont étés fournies par les éditeurs, fabricant et grossistes propriétaire ou distributeur de ces derniers, nous ne les avons pas altérés ou modifiés, ils sont donc conformes aux produits finis vendus sur le site.
