I am not able to update 2600 auctions.

Your invoice will reflect the new cost, as a flat rate envelope for example, now costs $11.95,

compared to the $11.20 before and 1st pound priority mail has gone from $21.90 to $24.

Most rates were affected only minor, and mostly for the first few ounces, or pound.

Anyone choosing the cheaper mail option, hereby accepting responsibillity, and then in any way shape or form blames me for not receiving their items/ late delivery, or damage to their items anyways,

WILL BE BLOCKED from any future purchases !

I appologize to those that think this sounds offensive. Please understand that some people will agree to anything, if they can save $5 but IF something goes wrong, they do NOT wish to remember what they agreed to and feel I need to refund them for an item I don't have anymore either. MOST MAIL arrives!!!!!  Maybe 1 of 1000 packages really gets lost, yet frequently international mail is exceptionally SLOW!!!! I mean up to 5 weeks delivery time slow!

Due to coniuing problems with customs over there, ANY and ALL purchases with a TOTAL value (incl. the cheaper sh/h option)

of over $30 MUST BE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL

For all others, cheaper method shipment to these countries often takes SIX WEEKS and more !!!!!

Shipping can be combined for 7 days worth of purchases to any country

There is a discount on all items, even though SOME listings don't show it.

Exception to the extended policy below:

I will continue to accept the lower 1st class rate, for items where the item value is below $30,

via PayPal. 

Your invoice will automatically reflect that. IF you wish to upgrade to Priority mail, please do NOT pay that invoice, but contact me to adjust it first! Please make sure you read the policies about insured shipment prior to payment.

No tracking/insurance possible on the cheaper 1st class mail option!

 Of course you can also pay your items seperately, in several invoices kept below $30.

option 1 :  insurable and trackable mail via PayPal:

• All items with a order value of $30 and above, paid via PayPal, MUST be shipped via Priority Mail International.
• If your total amount due comes to more then $249, a seperate invoice must be started. Auctions can only be combined, up to $250 total    cost !!! This includes shipping. (If I allow higher payments, your shipping charges would nearly double due to PayPal seller protection requirements!)
• All auctions paid via PayPal will be shipped to the address that came with the payment. NO exceptions.

option 2 : Cheap delivery via Money order, (or default method, even for PayPal for purchases up to $30) :

The cheaper option is international 1st class mail. You can opt for this method, if you

• send an international money order in US funds if the total value is above $30
• wish uninsured, non trackable, cheap shipping for your items under $30
• Absolutely NO pick-ups from Western Union. Only payments send to my office are accepted.
• Cash is not accepted.
• You understand this option will NOT allow for tracking or insurance !!!! Once shipped you are FULLY responsible, if something was to happen to your package. This is the risk of cheap shipping and shouldn't be my risk!!! If you do not trust me to have sent your items, please DO NOT BID. DO NOT ask me what to do IF problems arise. I CANNOT do anything to track this mail, or report it missing. Its useless!!!!!

Please look at your invoice for your payment/shipping options and choose according to these policies

Note, if you want to save on shipping, it is often recommended to let me remove new figures/sprues from original packaging and sometimes, to dis-assemble figures to make them fit for a flat rate envelope. You do need to request this from me when you let me know how you wish to pay.

I try to use flat rate envelopes whenever safely possible

 The option below does not include the weight of packing materials. I go as light weight as possible, most often bubble wrap and bubble envelopes. Add about 1-2 oz for those, OR if needed to protect breakable or large items, a box. Those weigh from 1 -6 oz.
