| The items sold by Plum Trading Post are used and offered as is, unless otherwise stated. We make every attempt to describe the item properly; however in the event an item is received and is not as described the receiver must email us within 5-calendar days of receipt with a description of the issue. We will review and issue a return authorization if appropriate. After a return authorization is issued the item must be received within 10-calendar days of the issue date of the return authorization. Return shipping costs are not refundable; outbound shipping costs may be refunded if the item was not properly described. |
