 | Q: How can I get my item? |
 | A: There are three ways to get your item: Pochel's can deliver within a 100 mile radius, buyer can pick the item up from the store, or item can be shipped. |
 | Q: What is the difference between shipping and freight? |
 | A: An item can be shipped via UPS or DHL if it weighs under 150 lbs. Freight is any item that weighs over 150 lbs. |
 | Q: How do I determine weight and dimensions of my item? |
 | A: All dimensions and weight will be listed in the item's description, usually under "specifications". |
 | Q: Who do you use for freight shipping? |
 | A: Pochel's has an account with Unishippers.com. After obtaining your zip code, we can get several quotes from different carriers. You can decide which carrier you would like to use. |
 | Q: Why do some items have a crating/boxing fee and others don't? |
 | A: The items in our showroom or scratch and dent warehouse that are listed on ebay are not boxed. Our tech professionally boxes/crates these items himself and the $25 fee pays for the packaging supplies. Pochel's wants your item to get to you in the same condition it left the store. The items that don't have a handling fee are factory packaged. |
