PI direct instruments are guaranteed for life against defects of material and workmanship.  This guarantee is void if instruments are not maintained or repaired properly, or if they are not used for their intended surgical purpose.

Returns

All product returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Products must be returned in their original conidition and can not have been used.  Buyer bears the cost of shipping for all returns.

Free Freight

PI Direct offers free freight for all shipments of $100 or more.
