Q:How does this work, How do I adjust the qty?
A:When the auction is over, you will receive and email with instructions on how to submit your order. A proof is always provided within 24-48 hours for review. No need to adjust qty, simply use buy it now. Let me know how many you need and I will adjust your invoice on my end. Please do not make payment until your invoice reflects the correct qty.
Q:How many designs can I choose?
A:Only 1 design is included with your purchase. If you are undecided between multiple designs, please take your time in finalizing your choice. Otherwise addt'l sample designs can be created for an additional $5 ea.
Q:Can I change my photo if I do not like it on the proof?
A:If your photo is cropped in a square, oval, or circle crop - you may change it as many times as you like until you find the perfect picture. If you have submitted a photo to be trace cropped from the background, only ONE trace crop is included with your purchase as it is time consuming. Addt'l trace crops are available if necessary for $5 each.
Q:What is your minimum order requirement? Can I order less than the minimum?
A:Minimum orders for announcements and invites is 20. Holiday cards, 25. I do not allow orders less than the minimum as I put a lot of time into my designs. Anything less than the minimum is asking me to provide my services for free. if you need less than the minimum, you may buy the JPG design and print yourself.
Q:I sent you an email or question, but have not received an answer. WHY?
A:If you do not hear from me within 48hrs it means your answer is already posted in the auction. Please go back and read the auction to find your answer. I work hard at mainting my turn around times and asking questions that are already answered keeps me from meeting my customer obligations in a timely manner.
Q:Can you calculate my total? When will my order arrive?
A:Please DO NOT email me and ask me to caluclate your total. Prices/shipping rates are clearly posted in the auction. Pls use a calculator to calculate your total. I am very busy providing proofs within 48hrs and do not have the extra time to calculcate. Customers usually receive their orders in hand within 7 days from submission/payment date.
