Return / Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you enjoy the product you purchased. We will allow you to refund any product within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in like new condition, and all original packaging must be retained. In order to keep our prices low, the original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. You are also responsible for shipping the unit back to us as well. On same-item exchanges, we pay for shipping the new item back to you.
If you received your item with a "Free Shipping" offer, your return will be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be actual shipping costs we paid, plus $3.50. This will help us cover costs of shipping, handling, and restocking the product.
For all returns, you MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our customer service department. To obtain an RA#, go to this page: http://www.pottersgifts.com/returns. Make sure you include the following: Order number, name, address, item being returned, and reason for return. The RA# must be requested 30 days from the date the product was ordered. If any of the original packing is missing, the product is not in like new condition, or an RA# is failed to be received, a refund will not be given.
Consumable products (like lipstick, creams, gels, batteries or anything that can be consumed) are NOT returnable once they are opened. Sorry, no refunds will be given.
Halloween Costumes and Accessories are NOT returnable once they are opened, unless they are considered to be a manufacturing defect. Incorrect sizes will only be exchanged or refunded if unopened.
CD's, DVD's, Computer Software, Videos and Printed Materials may only be exchanged if defective. Due to copyright laws, we will be unable to return any of these items once they are opened. Sorry, no refunds will be given.

Damage Claims
All damage claims (for items delivered via UPS/FedEx, or via USPS with insurance paid for), discrepancies, and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the order being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Potter's Gifts will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Potter's Gifts and will only be issued if damaged items or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose any items before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by using our contact form here.

We want to ensure you enjoy your purchase, so we do guarantee our items for 30 days by offering a 30 day return / exchange policy. After 30 days, we strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer of the product for all warranty claims.

Back Order / Out of Stock
Due to the high volume of orders across multiple channels, it is possible an item you ordered may be out of stock in rare circumstances. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately place the item on backorder and notify you of the estimated shipping date. Since we do not have access to any credit card numbers, the order is initally charged when you order it, not when the items are shipped. You may cancel the backordered item at any time, and we will refund the purchase amount of the product, plus any applicable shipping fees attached to it.

Pre-order this item now! Although this item may arrive at any time, we expect the manufacturer to release it in the month and year listed next to the item (for example, July 2008). Please note that this date is subject to change at any time and without notice due to possible, and often likely, manufacturer delays. Per eBay Guidelines, we expect this item to ship within 30 days of listing the item. If the item is unable to be shipped within this time frame, you will be immediately contacted via eBay messaging system. You can either choose to wait for the estimated in-stock date, or cancel the Pre-Order. You may also cancel any Pre-Order item prior to shipment at any time.
