How long before my item ships?
We ship 6 days a week during normal postal hours. Occasionally we may need to contact you regarding your order in which case we will ship the next business day after receiving the necessary information from you. Should unforeseen circumstances which interfere with a shipment arise (power outage, weather conditions, etc.) we will send a message to your eBay messages a the first opportunity so please check them often.
Have you received my payment?
The automated system is set up to send a "payment received" email to the address on file with eBay. Please be sure you have the correct address on file with eBay.
What is my delivery confirmation number?
When your shipping label is printed, Stamps.com will automatically forward your package information to you. As this is an automated system, we are unable to verify if the email is sent/received. If you do not receive this email, please check your order information on your auction page as your delivery confirmation number can also be found there.
Do you ship internationally?
No international shipping is offered.
Do you offer combined shipping?
All items now offer a Free Standard Shipping option. Purchase 3 or more games in any category and your order automatically ships Priority Mail at no cost to you.
I want my items shipped somewhere else, can you do this?
We apologize but for security reasons we cannot alter the shipping address. Items will be shipped to the address shown as the Paypal/Merchant card billing address. We will offer to refund the payment and provide you with an opportunity to change the shipping address if the error is caught in time.
My package has not arrived yet, where is it?
Please allow up to 10 days for First Class mail or 7 days for Priority Mail for your package to arrive (possibly more during the Christmas season). USPS does not guarantee delivery time on any service other than Express Mail. If you have checked your delivery confirmation # and it is showing it is being returned as undeliverable, this can take up to 30 days to be returned. Please contact us so we can watch for the return and make arrangements to reship. If the undeliverable status is due to buyer error, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. If the mistake was ours, we will reship for no additional charge and upgrade to a faster service.
It has been over your suggested waiting period and my item still hasn't arrived?
USPS does not consider a package lost until 30 days have passed since shipment. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 14 days as we are glad to provide assistance in trying to locate it.
