I have had many good orders from this vendor. One of the items in this order was damaged. It probably happened during shipping. I messaged the seller but I haven’t given them long enough to respond. I was able to work around the damage and still create a piece of jewelry with that piece. Aside from that damage, the pieces sent to me were as pictured and great quality.  The prices are also good and shipping fairly fast.

Beautiful labradorite cabochon, it was carefully packaged in bubble wrap inside a well-padded envelope but unfortunately even with the careful packaging, it was damaged during transit. However, seller was very quick to respond to my message and to make things right. I purchased several in separate listings, all were as described. Will definitely buy from this seller again.
