Import Taxes/Duties/Customs Fees

Buyer is responsible for paying for any fees associated with the item once it reaches your country.  Unfortunately we cannot give you a quote of the charges because it varies from country to country.

Shipping Cost
Buyers can view the shipping charges for our items on each of our listings.   There is a "Shipping and Payments" tab below our Picture Gallery and  above the Compatibility and Item Specifics section.

Choose the country where you are located and click the "Get Rates" button.  This will give you an estimated cost of what you will be charged for shipping. For a more exact shipping charge or to ask us about shipping discounts of multiple items, please message us.  

Declared / Insured Value
On any customs forms, we declare the full purchase price of the value of the goods. We do not under declare values or mark goods as a "gift".

Expected Delivery Dates & Shipping Times
The estimated delivery date is stated in the "Shipping and Payments" section of our listings. Please keep in mind that this date is estimated, and may vary depending on your location. We also warn you that this Estimated Delivery Date is calculated by eBay and we have no control over what dates are displayed. 

We guarantee that your order, once submitted with a cleared payment, will ship within 1 business day.  However, once it has left our warehouse, delivery time is dependent on the carrier and shipping option you choose. 

Tracking Your Package
Track your item using the tracking number emailed to you when your item has shipped. Please be sure that our emails to you do not get automatically sent to your Spam folder.  However, if this happens you can still see the tracking number by logging into your My eBay page.  

1-10 business days after ship date - Use the tracking numbers we provided you to see the location of your items.  We are unable to give you any more information about the location of your package at this time.  USPS requires that you give them 10 business days to deliver the package.  

11+ business days after ship date - If you have not received your item, please message us.  We will contact USPS on your behalf to open up a case and have them put a trace on your package.  We will keep you updated throughout the process and share any information that we receive.

30+ days after ship date -  If you still have not received your items and USPS has not been able to trace your package, we will send you a form to fill out.  After you fill it out and scan/email to us, we can provide you with a full refund.

NOTE: No claims can be started with the carrier unless 30 days has passed. This policy is set by the carrier and we have no way to override it.
