We at Precision European Motorkwerks want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not pleased with the merchandise you receive, or have changed your mind, we can provide you with a money back refund.  Please read below for guidelines and instructions to make sure the process is done correctly and goes smoothly. 


Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping is at buyer's cost.  We are not responsible for any shipping, installation, or incidental fees.  Items that have been installed, altered, used, damaged are non-refundable.

Return Instructions: Contact us prior to shipping the item in order to obtain an RMA number.  Any returned orders shipped to us without an RMA number will be denied.  Please do not discard any of the included items or packaging material because it will be needed for the return/refund process. The return process will be different depending on the item that was purchased, so detailed instructions will be emailed to you after you contact us for the RMA number.  If the merchandise is not properly packaged by customers, it may get damaged during shipping.  We do not accept a return of product that is damaged due to negligence of the customer. 

Restocking Fee: There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns of brand new items.  If your item(s) come back damaged for any reason, a damage fee of at least 50% will be charged.  This fee will be at our discretion depending on the severity of the damage on the item(s). 

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  You would need to make a new purchase for the proper item, as normal, through one of our item listings.  If you make this new purchase and your original items come back in brand new condition, we can issue a full refund on your original purchase.

Items Arrived To You Damaged
If your item arrived damaged from shipping, please keep all packaging materials because it will be needed for the claims process. We will need you to take pictures of the outer carton, as well as how the item looked inside the box upon receipt of the item.  Email us a brief statement of what happened, description of the damage, and pictures to pe.motorwerks@gmail.com

Unfortunately, if any packaging materials are missing or you are not able to take pictures of the package/items, we will not be able to file a shipping claim for you.
