Under the circumstances of quality issues, Item can be returned for exchange within 2 weeks of items arrival. Item should be returned with tag attached and not washed or used in anyway. Customer will be required to send pictures if necessary to verify the condition of item before shipping back. Item been found used and required exchange, 30% handling fees will be applied. In the event of refund is required, shipping fees will not be returned and only the item price will be refunded.
