| Q. What is your return policy? |
A. Our return policy is simple - If your item is grossly misrepresented, you will received a FULL refund. For all other issues:
- Notify us within 1 day of receipt if you need to return your item(s) and explain the issue (Maybe we can resolve it from there and you can keep your lovely product). If not we will give you the ok to send it back.
- It must be sent back Priority Mail within the next day - the post office has free pick up service for your convienience in case you can't make it to the post office and printing a label online is simple and sometimes you save money - like free delivery confirmation.
- Please send us the delivery confirmation.
- As soon as we receive your returned item we will check it over to make sure it left here in the same way and then you will receive a refund. The refund amount will be for the item price only -- we don't refund or pay for shipping either way. We also charge a restocking fee of 15%, also if free shipping that shipping charge to you will be added on as well and we need you to agree that we mutually agreed not to complete the transaction, (i.e., you returned it) or else I will have to charge for the additional listing fees as well.

| Q. Do you combine shipping? |
| A. We offer combined shipping. On handbags it is the combined weight. Other items it is additional $2.00. |

| Q. When can I expect my order to arrive? |
| A. In order to provide you with the best prices on shipping, we package all orders on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays. Making only 1 trip to the Post Office each week saves us time and money and we pass those savings directly on to you. If you need your item(s) sooner please email me and I will do my best to accomodate you. |

| Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
| A. Shipping is depending on the weight of the item. We have added a $1 charge as of 2/1/2008 for the charge of the shipping supplies. Military and their families with a APO/FPO address ship for free! Thanks so much for all you do! |

| Q. Do you ship internationally? |
| A. We ship Internationally, Priority and Express only so that we will be able to get a confirmation that it has arrived. |

| A. Absolutely! We stand behind our items 100% and guarantee they are ALL authentic. Because this is clearly stated here and in each product listing, we will NOT answer inquiries regarding authenticity. |

| Q. How do I know my item(s) will arrive safely? |
| A. To ensure your item(s) arrive safely, we use special boxes, packing peanuts, packing paper, tissue paper and plastic bags. Each item is packaged using the most appropriate combination of these materials to best protect your purchase. |

| Q. Are your Product Descriptions accurate? |
| A. I do my VERY best to describe each item using the best details possible. It is not unusual for me to spend up to an hour or more looking at an item, measuring it, evaluating the condition, taking pictures, etc. in order to come up with the most accurate description. I try to provide a good variety of pictures from various angles (including multiple close-ups) so that you can be confident that what you see is exactly what you will get. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and do everything I can to make that happen! |

| Q. Why do new eBayers have to email you before bidding/buying? |
| A. The unfortunate reality is that some people bid but don't pay. This isn't just a problem for sellers. It also negatively affects other eBayers who may have been outbid on an item they really wanted, only to see it re-listed because the winning bidder never paid. For these reasons, I prefer to email all new eBayers to make sure that they realize that placing a bid is a binding contract that they must abide by. This small step simply helps to make sure the bidding process goes smoothly for everyone. Also, if you are a new eBayer who has questions or need help with anything, I am happy to be the person who can help you! :) |

| A. If you have any questions regarding our products, please use the "Ask Seller" link to email us PRIOR to bidding or placing an order. Please DO NOT use the "Comments" box at PayPal, as we have found this to be unreliable and cannot guarantee your questions/comments will be received. All post-sale questions/comments should be done via email as well. This ensures that we receive and can reply to all of your questions. |

| A. No. We take special care to mention ALL details about what "extras" (if any) are included with each item. If the "extras" in question are NOT stated in the Product Description, they are NOT included. |

| A. Yes! We do not cut out the labels or draw through them. They are exactly like they are out of the store. |
