Returns/Refunds:
Our return policy is simple - If your item is grossly misrepresented, you will received a FULL refund. For all other issues:

1. Notify us within 1 day of receipt if you need to return your item(s) and explain the issue (Maybe we can resolve it from there and you can keep your lovely product). If not we will give you the ok to send it back.
2. It must be sent back Priority Mail within the next day - the post office has free pick up service for your convienience in case you can't make it to the post office and printing a label online is simple and sometimes you save money - like free delivery confirmation.
3. Please send us the delivery confirmation.
4. As soon as we receive your returned item we will check it over to make sure it left here in the same way and then you will receive a refund. The refund amount will be for the item price only -- we don't refund or pay for shipping either way. We also charge a restocking fee of 15%, the full amount that it cost to ship it to you as well and we need you to agree that we mutually agreed not to complete the transaction, (i.e., you returned it) or else I will have to charge for the additional listing fees as well.
5. We hope to do business with you again and satisfy the full sale the next time.
6. Your refund will be given using the same method of payment you used.

As stated in our FAQ's I do my VERY best to describe each item using the best details possible. It is not unusual for me to spend up to an hour or more looking at an item, measuring it, evaluating the condition, taking pictures, etc. in order to come up with the most accurate description. I try to provide a good variety of pictures from various angles (including multiple close-ups) so that you can be confident that what you see is exactly what you will get. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and do everything I can to make that happen!

If I miss something, please email me and let me know. I am a very reasonable person and will work with you, and for you, to satisfy any and all issues. Please handle it professionally, as I will too. To best describe the condition of our handbags, I have developed the following rating system:

1. NEW WITH/WITHOUT TAGS
   Handbag has never been used. It has the original store tags attached OR the original retail store tags have been removed. Any items extra will be described.
   
   
2. EXCELLENT
   Handbag is barely used, in almost new condition. Any wear is not noticeable, or barely noticeable unless you look real close. Any interior linings are clean, with no marks, stains, or tears. Zippers, snaps, buckles and other hardware is in perfect working order. Any extra items will be described.
   
   
3. VERY GOOD
   Handbag is used but shows very little wear It has been properly taken care of by previous owner, such as cleaning, conditioning of leather, etc. Leathers retain an attractive patina. Fabrics retain their color and are not faded. Interior linings may have some small marks, but have no damage such as tears or unraveled seams. Interior linings which are light in color may show slight soiling even if cleaned. All zippers work properly and have no missing teeth or missing pull tabs. Hardware such as snaps, buckles, latches, clasps are not missing and work properly. Any extra items will be described.
   
   
4. GOOD
   Handbag shows slight yet noticeable wear. It has natural darkening from use to leather or fabric along edges and handles. It may show exterior surface wear, but leathers or fabrics remain attractive overall. Exterior may have some scuffs, scratches, and nicks, but no tears, gouges, or holes. Trim or piping at exterior corners and along edges shows wear. Ends of shoulder strap or carrying handles show some wear, but are not separating, cracking, or starting to detach from main body of bag or case. Interior linings may have a noticeable stain or two, some various pen marks, or a tiny tear. There might be a missing tassel, but nothing major. Any extra items will be described.
   
   
5. FAIR
   Handbag shows noticeable wear. It may have small areas worn at trim edges and/or piping at exterior corners, especially the bottom edges and corners. This handbag remains functional and is worth refurbishing to make it more attractive. Any extra items will be described.

Clothing Rating System:
To best describe the condition of our clothing, I have developed the following rating system:

1. NEW WITH/WITHOUT TAGS
   Clothes, including swim wear, has never been used. It has the original store tags attached. OR The original retail store tags have been removed. Any items extra will be described.
   
   
2. EXCELLENT
   Clothes are barely used, in almost new condition. Any wear is not noticeable, or barely noticeable unless you look real close. No marks, stains, or tears. Zippers, snaps, buckles is in perfect working order. Any extra items will be described.
   
   
3. VERY GOOD
   Clothes are used but shows very little wear, but it has been properly taken care. Fabrics retain their color and are not faded. No marks, stains, or tears. Zippers, snaps, buckles is in perfect working order. Any extra items will be described.

   Clothes shows slight yet noticeable wear. Some zippers may need repairing or item may need dry cleaning or a delicate cleaning. May need some tailoring.
