Lack of product description burned me good. Cost me $10 of 30 spent to ship and retrieve $20 back. Ouch. Reevaluating my use of ebay. This will be my last transaction unfortunately. On the ebay side of this, doesn't make since to penalize the customer for being a customer. I know seller's fair horrible on their side of listing fees etc. Ebay pays no overhead, stocking, or warehousing. You would think free returns would be the least they could handle to keep buyers and sellers happy.
