RETURN,
EXCHANGE AND
REFUND POLICY
AS OF FALL, 2008
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all
transactions with Prestobeat Sales unless clearly stated otherwise in an
individual item's description.

GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS
- You may return any item for any reason and receive a refund of
the final bid/buy it now price paid - no questions asked! In order to receive your refund, you must
return the item within 14 days of receiving it - based on UPS or USPS
tracking & delivery information. After 14 days, no refund will
be allowed, but you may exchange the item (see #3 below). The return package MUST have a
ship date NO LATER than 14 days from the original receipt date to
quality for a refund.
- You may return any item and exchange for another of the same
item, or same priced item based on the final bid price paid. In order to exchange an item,
you must return it within 30 days of the date of receipt - based on UPS
or USPS tracking information. After 30 days, no exchange will be
allowed. The return package MUST have a ship date NO LATER than 30 days
from the original ship date to qualify for an exchange.
- Defective items are few and far between, but when one
does show up, it can be replaced without a problem. Contact me and we'll do what
we need to do to handle the situation!
- Same thing if I send you the wrong item by accident - it
doesn't happen often, but if it does, let me know and I'll take care of it!
- All items are in brand new, unused condition, and must be received in the same
condition when returned for refund or exchange. Any items that show obvious
signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return or exchange credit.
- Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment you
originally sent (PayPal or credit back your card). Check and MO payments will be issued a
refund check only.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR POKER
CHIPS & SLOT MACHINES
CHIPS:
IF YOU ARE RETURNING POKER CHIPS - Chips MUST be returned IN
ORIGINAL WRAPPING in order to qualify for a full refund! If chips are received back
unwrapped, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied against the refund amount. All other
refund/exchange guidelines listed on this page apply as stated.
Poker chips that have been
customized with HOT STAMPING or LABELS can not be returned. Mistakes are rare,
and those will be corrected!
SLOTS:
SLOT MACHINES are expertly refurbished
to like new condition, and come with a warranty to the original purchaser that
covers everything but the light bulbs. The listings for the slot machines have
more details about this warranty, as will your owner's manual.
For the most part, the same rules for return and exchange apply to slots as
well. There is a full warranty in effect from the re-manufacturer, Trademark
Poker, and most issues can be resolved by their technicians over the phone.
Should a return become necessary, they will make shipping arrangements for you.
You MUST keep the original shipping carton and packing materials, as these will
be required for send a machine back for warranty repairs.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are allowed, but please be advised that
the cost of transit, and taxes/duties/etc. can add up if a package is not sent back
properly and with the correct info on the customs forms! I will do my best to assist with
an international return. Be advised that you will be responsible for any costs associated
with returning the item, unless lost or damaged in transit (UPS Worldwide Express only!).

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED/LOST IN TRANSIT
UPS SHIPMENTS
All UPS shipments include TRACKING,
and FULL VALUE INSURANCE against loss or damage in transit. Please notify me of the
situation, and I will file the necessary claim info with UPS and ship you a replacement!
Further instructions will be given on an individual basis. All orders that are over 2 lbs.
in weight are shipped UPS (this includes ALL swords, ALL casino equipment, and some
multiple small items purchases).
US MAIL SHIPMENTS
US Mail shipments all include
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so that they can be tracked and followed up in the event
of loss in transit. This is for Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and First Class Mail.
Insurance for US Mail shipment is OPTIONAL! If you do not elect to add insurance, I can
not help you in the event of damage or loss in transit. Most of the items that are shipped via US
Mail services are not likely to be damaged, but it is up to the buyer's discretion to add
insurance. My experience has shown that the US Postal Service RARELY damages a
package, and with the Delivery Confirmation number, losses are also very minimal. Should a situation arise, email or call and we'll work it out!
