Shipping Policy:
All items have listed shipping rates for the lower 48 USA. Free shipping
ONLY applies to customers residing in the lower 48 contiguous states. Please message us with rates to other locations. We are more than happy to send any of our items just about anywhere in the world provided you will pay the shipping costs. Rates vary by country so please ask before buying.
All listings with free shipping come with included insurance. We will replace or refund any item damaged in transit at our disrection, provided that shipping was free. We are committed to getting your items to you safely.
International shipments can experience great delays that are completely out of our control -- espcially for packages sent via the United States Postal Service. Customs can delay your package up to 3 weeks, so if you are overseas and need your items immediately your package must be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS which will likely increase your cost.
Return Policy:
We take responsibility for all items damaged in transit, we will issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion. All normally stocked merchandise valued at less than $100.00 can be returned with in 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided it is in new condition. Purchases over $100.00 may require restocking fees -- these fees vary due to the nature of each return. The buyer pays 100% of return shipping provided no mistake was made on our part. In the event of an error on our behalf we will take
any & all financial responsibility with respect to return shipping. Specially Ordered items and freight shipments can only be returned if there is a problem/defect. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted on these items.
