Although we do ship all over the world and enjoy doing so, there are some countries we have excluded from shipping to as a result of too many "lost" or "packages not received" problems. While we do believe this is the case in some instances, we see this may also be as a result of some buyers not being as truthful as most of our buyers are. As a result, a few bad buyers have ruined it for everyone. The only way we will now ship to excluded countries is via USPS Express Mail service. Very expensive but it does provide day to day tracking updates for your package. Due to the increase in international postage on Jan 1, 2012, (in most cases almost double the price from last year) we do not offer combined shipping discounts on our listings as most of our listings are using last years shipping rates.
Many countries charge tax or duty or excise fees on inbound goods. We have no control over that and so you should check first with a customs office to see what type of tax to expect on any item you are interested in. We do NOT prepay taxes or duties. It is your responsibility to do so. Packages refused as a result of high duty charges will have a strict "NO REFUND" policy.
We are not able to mark items as "Gifts" or "Samples". This is against the law and subject to massive fines by the US Government if caught. We ship many international packages a day and so we are not willing to take the risk.
We have absolutely no control over how long an international package takes for delivery. Depending on the country and the mood of the customs agent that day it can take from as little as 12days to as much as 8 weeks, even for Canada, just 4 hours away from us. If is seems that your [package is taking too long for delivery and you did not pay for Express shipping with tracking, then contact us. We will provide you with the US customs form tracking number from your package. You can us this number to contact the Postal Service and Customs Office in your country to see where your package is. But this is the best we can do for you. Because you chose NOT to pay for shipping with day-to-day tracking information, you will have to accept the risk for non-delivery.
