They promptly shipped out my order but USPS apparently used an incorrect tracing number or delivered to a totally different address.
I notified this seller and they promptly, and to my surprise, was able to back up my order by having a second delivery done on this same day. It was a surprise to see a delivery person show up on my porch this afternoon with the product in hand.

My item was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address by usps and they were of no help so I contacted pricepounders and they were so super fast to help out in replacing the item the next day by amazon.
