 | A: I currently ship using padded mailers or Flat Rate Prority envelopes when appropriate. Fragranced items in bottles are bagged in zipper top bags prior to shipping. |

 | A: You may return any fragranced products for a full refund or even exchange. Exchanges are allowed one time only. |
