I was sent a top that wasn’t identical to the pictures. I would need to have it altered. The seller offered me a $10 discount. She also suggested that I use pliers to alter the top. I told her I would not be doing my own alterations. I would take it to a professional, considering how much I paid for the shirt. She then suggested that I exchange it when the top that actually matches the pics comes in. I need the shirt before then. Why send something that is not what is pictured?

Explained the the fix was very very simple. 5 seconds top. A professional would not charged for such a simple fix. Offered a return. Customer refused.
