Prime Surplus' Freight Return Policy
Our return policy covers items that
malfunction on arrival, or where a buyer has just decided they do not
want the item they purchased. For our policy on damaged

To return an item the buyer is
responsible for:
- Contacting Prime Surplus within 3
business days of receiving the package.
- Paying the shipping to return the
item.
Upon receiving the
item at our facility undamaged, we will refund your entire purchase
price, and your original shipping.
- Ensuring the package is properly
packaged for the return shipment. This is very
important. If you have removed our wrapping and straps, you
will need to re-strap the item to the pallet, cover it in cardboard,
and wrap it in stretch wrap. Stretch wrap can be purchased at
most office supply stores. While we use a special plastic
banding strap to secure our pallets, it would be easiest for a buyer to
secure an item by using ratchet straps available in any hardware
store. This photo is an example of how we would need an item
packaged to be returned to us:

If there was an error in the listing and
the item you received was not what we represented in the auction page,
Prime Surplus will pay the return shipping and refund your entire
purchase price and your original shipping.
