Prime Surplus' Parcel Return Policy
We take returns for
malfunctioning merchandise, or if the buyer just has decided that they
do not want the item that they purchased. Our return policy
is not for items that were damage in shipment. For details on

To return an item the buyer is
responsible for:
- Contacting Prime Surplus within 3
business days of receiving the package to notify us that you would like
to return your item..
- Paying the shipping to return the
item.
Upon receiving the
item at our facility intact, we will refund your entire purchase price,
and your original shipping.
- Ensuring the package is properly
packaged for the return shipment. This could entail
purchasing a box or packing supplies, if our original box is
unusable. We suggest keeping all packing supplies until you
are sure you are keeping the item. Buyer
is responsible for damage to the item on the return trip, we suggest
purchasing insurance.
If there was an error in the listing and
the item you received was not what we represented in the auction page,
Prime Surplus will pay the return shipping and refund your entire
purchase price and your original shipping.
