We offer a 7 day returns policy if an item is faulty or not as described. You just need to return it in the same condition as we sent it to you. If it is sent faulty we’ll refund your return postage. If you’ve simply changed your mind that’s fine too – but it’s only fair that you pay the cost of return postage.
Unless we say on the listing, we offer free postage on 2nd and subsequent items that are paid for and shipped together. You just pay the price of the highest postage item – the eBay check-out will calculate it for you automatically.
When to give feedback can be an emotive issue on eBay. We provide feedback once you’ve told us you’re satisfied with your purchase – normally this is when you provide feedback, but we’re happy to give feedback first if you contact us and tell us you’re satisfied.
