Q:What is your return policy?
A:If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to make arrangements. We only accept returns on items that are still in brand new condition. Please include the ebay item number with your return. Once we receive and inspect the return we will issue a refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping cost.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes! We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. We charge the full shipping price on the first item and discount each additonal item. We calculate shipping costs by item weight. Please contact us for a combined shipping quote.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We try to ship promptly, usually within one to two days of receiving payment. We recommend that our buyers choose priority mail shipping, but do often offer other options. Priority mail is supposed to take 2 to 3 days but may take longer. Parcel post typically takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
Q:How come the USPS delivery confirmation site lists my item as LABEL CREATED even though you sent a notice that you have mailed it?
A:This is a common and frustrating occurance. Your item has delivery confirmation, not tracking. Occasionally, our post office scans our packages into the system when we take them to the post office. However, usually they don't. They are not required to scan a package until it has been delivered. We are lobbying to get this policy changed!!!!!!
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes! We do ship internationally. Please email us for an international shipping quote. In most cases we use USPS airmail.
